it was definitely a crazy week

insufficent rest created chaos in me
i was mad at almost everything and anything
the crazy thing was that..
i realised ~ i was mad
i felt guilty at flaring up at everyone and anyone.

i manage to hold back my tears at those emotional scenes
i realised ~ breathing in and out really help
by the end of everything i knew....
i had tissue in my pocket.
